What is perfume extract?
It is the most concentrated form a fragrance is sold in — a higher proportion of perfume oil than an ordinary perfume spray. It sits closer to the skin, lasts longer, and you need less of it.
How much should I use?
Two sprays: one at the neck, one at the wrist. Perfume Extract rewards restraint. Do not rub your wrists together — it crushes the top notes.
How long does it last?
Typically a full working day, though this varies with skin type, weather and how much you apply. Oily skin holds fragrance longer than dry skin.
Which one should I pick?
Men lean towards Solis, Myskyn and Legacy; Sweet Venom, Smoky Vanilla and Instinct are composed for women; Atlas and Ocean work on anyone. If you are torn, message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you wear now.
Are the bottles all the same size?
Yes — 55 ml / 1.87 oz.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you take?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and the wallets supported by our payment gateway. The full list appears at checkout.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. An invoice is sent with every order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Before dispatch, yes — contact us and we will cancel and refund in full. Once the parcel is with the courier it cannot be changed.
Shipping
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within about 2 working days. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 working days in Mumbai and Maharashtra, and up to 9 working days elsewhere in India. See the Shipping Policy for detail.
What does shipping cost?
Free above Rs. 1,499, and Rs. 79 flat below that.
Who delivers my order?
We despatch through Shiprocket, and your parcel travels with Blue Dart or Delhivery depending on which one serves your PIN code fastest. You get a tracking link either way.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at present.
Damaged or wrong items
Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?
No. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges — including on unopened bottles. Fragrance is hygiene-sensitive and we cannot resell or verify a bottle once it has left us. If you are unsure which scent to pick, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will help. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
My bottle arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph the outer box, the seal and the bottle, and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
How long does money take to come back?
Where an amount is due — a cancellation before dispatch, an order we could not fulfil, or a damaged or wrong item — it is released within 7 to 10 working days, back to the original payment method.
Product care
How should I store it?
Somewhere cool, dark and dry. Not on a sunny windowsill and not in a steamy bathroom — heat and light degrade fragrance faster than anything else.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Fragrance is for external use on skin. If your skin reacts easily, patch-test on the inner forearm first and stop if you see irritation.
Are your products authentic?
