These terms govern your use of www.arromelle.com and any order you place on it. The site is operated by ARROMELLE LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, which owns and sells under the brand AROMYTH.
1. Accepting these terms
By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
3. Products
We sell perfume extract in 55 ml bottles. Fragrance is subjective and how a composition develops varies with skin chemistry, temperature and humidity; a description of notes is a guide, not a guarantee of how it will smell on you.
Product photographs are representative. Slight variation in the appearance of packaging can occur between batches.
4. Price and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- The price charged is the price shown at the time you place the order.
- We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already placed.
- Payment is taken at checkout through our payment gateway. Your order is not confirmed until payment succeeds.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation message acknowledges we received it; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, where:
- the item is out of stock;
- a price or description was published in error;
- we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.
7. No refunds, returns or exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns or exchanges, including on bottles that are still sealed. Fragrance is a hygiene-sensitive product and we cannot resell or verify a bottle once it has left us.
Cancellation before dispatch, and the limited situations in which money is returned, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. This does not affect your statutory rights: if an item reaches you damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.
8. Using the products safely
Fragrance is for external use on skin only. Keep away from eyes, do not ingest, keep out of reach of children, and store away from direct sunlight and heat. Alcohol-based fragrance is flammable. If you have sensitive skin, patch-test on the inner forearm before wider use, and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
9. Intellectual property
The AROMYTH name, the lotus device, product names, photographs, text and page design on this site belong to ARROMELLE LLP. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to buy for resale without our written consent.
11. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
12. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, civil unrest, or failure of utilities or transport networks.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the site when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
